Don’t be afraid, be strong!

With the Coronavirus knocking on our front door, it is more important to not be afraid, but make yourself stronger. When your body is stronger (internally) your immune system will be able to handle more! πŸ’ͺ

How?

2 – Extra vitamins and minerals. The vitamins and minerals will help building a stronger immune system. πŸπŸ₯‘πŸŽ
3 – Drink enough water. Water is essential for hydrating and cleansing your body, as well as absorption of nutrition on a cell level. πŸ’§
4 – Rest. Sleep at least 7-8 hours a day. Provide your body with the rest it needs to be able to work efficient during the night, e.g. for cleansing. πŸ˜΄πŸ›Œ
